- Notification for Railway Group D Recruitment 2024 is going to be released soon.
Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is expected to release notification for more than 100,000 posts for Group D recruitment. - To apply for Group D recruitment, the age of the candidates should be between 18 to 33 years.
- Also, the candidate must have at least class 10th qualification.
- Railway Group D recruits posts like Trackman, Assistant Points Man, Gunman, Cabinman, Helper, Peon.
- The salary of Group D varies from post to post. Overall, it ranges from Rs 3 lakh per annum to Rs 5 lakh per annum.
After the notification, there will be a written exam for the recruitment of Railway Group D. After that, the youth will be selected on the basis of medical test after physical test and document verification. For your information, in the written exam, students will have to solve a question paper of 100 marks in 90 minutes. In which 25 questions of science and 25 questions of maths and 30 questions of reasoning and 30 questions of general intelligence and 20 questions from general fairness and current affairs will be asked. For which all of you should be ready.

Step 1: Visit the official website
Visit the official RRB website to access the application portal for RRB Group D Recruitment 2024-25. Candidates should also download the official notification from there and read the important instructions to fill the application form.
Step 2: Click on the ‘New Registration’ link
Find the “New Registration” link on the homepage and click on it to begin the application process.
Step 3: Fill in the registration details
Enter personal information such as name, date of birth, Aadhaar number, mobile number, email ID, and other required fields. Submit this form to register.
Step 4: Verify email and mobile number
Verify your email ID and mobile number by entering the OTP sent to your registered contact details.
Step 5: Login to the portal
Use the registration number and password received during registration to log in to the portal.
Step 6: Fill Part I of the application form
Provide educational qualification, community, gender, religion and other personal details. Enter Ex-Serviceman, CCAA or Minority status, if applicable.
Step 7: Indicate post preferences in Part II
Select your preferred posts as per the available vacancies and prioritize them. Ensure accuracy while filling this section.
Step 8: Make payment
Complete the payment through net banking, credit/debit card, UPI or offline challan. Proceed only after confirming the successful transaction.
Step 9: Select the language of the exam
Select your preferred language for the exam from the available options.
Step 10: Enter valid photo ID details
Provide details of valid photo ID, which will be required during document verification.
Step 11: Enter Bank Details for Fee Refund
Enter accurate bank details to ensure the refund process of application fee (if eligible).
Step 12: Upload Required Documents
Upload scanned photograph, signature and other documents. SC/ST candidates must also upload category certificate.
Step 13: Agree to Terms and Final Submit
Review the terms and conditions, confirm the details and submit the application form. Keep a copy for future reference.
Step 14: Print Application Form and Receipt
Finally, take a printout of the filled application form and payment receipt. Keep these documents safe for future reference and verification.
