• Candidates should report at the Main Gate of the PCPO’s Office, North Eastern Railway, Gorakhpur on scheduled date and time. Candidates reporting late will not be entertained. उम्मीदवारों को निर्धारित तिथि और समय पर पीसीपीओ कार्यालय, पूर्वोत्तर रेलवे, गोरखपुर के मुख्य द्वार पर रिपोर्ट करना चाहिए। देर से रिपोर्ट करने वाले उम्मीदवारों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

• Following candidates have been called for Document Verification, found eligible on the basis of the details furnished in the online application form. ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में दिए गए विवरण के आधार पर योग्य पाए गए निम्नलिखित उम्मीदवारों को दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन के लिए बुलाया गया है।

• Candidates failing to report on the scheduled date and time will not be allowed to appear in the Document Verification. However, candidates unable to report on the scheduled date due to some unavoidable circumstances (which were beyond their control) may report on 18.10.2023 at 10:00 AM for Document Verification. Such candidates will have to submit undeniable proof for the same. Being satisfied with the proofs submitted by the candidate, he/she may be allowed for the Document Verification. Candidates must bring the following documents for Document Verification. दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन के लिए उम्मीदवारों को निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज़ लाने होंगे।

• A printed copy of the online application form. ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र की एक फोटोकॉपी।

• High School Marks Sheet in original and a photocopy thereof. हाई स्कूल अंक तालिका की मूल प्रति और उसकी एक फोटोकॉपी।

• ITI Certificate in original and a photocopy thereof. आईटीआई प्रमाणपत्र की मूल प्रति और उसकी एक फोटोकॉपी

• Medical fitness Certificate issued by an Authorised Government Medical Officer in the format published on NER Website. NER की वेबसाइट पर प्रकाशित प्रारूप में अधिकृत सरकारी चिकित्सा अधिकारी द्वारा जारी मेडिकल फिटनेस प्रमाणपत्र

• A valid photo ID Card in original and a photocopy thereof. एक वैध फोटो पहचान पत्र की मूल प्रति और उसकी एक फोटोकॉपी।

• Two recent coloured photographs. दो लेटस्‍ट रंगीन फोटो

• Apart from the above, following certificates must be brought for various reservation categories. उपरोक्त के अलावा, विभिन्न आरक्षण श्रेणियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रमाण पत्र लाने होंगे।
